After a friend and CEO of a technology company referred me to John at The Bonadio Group to provide vCIO services it didn’t take us long to realize he and FoxPointe were the right fit for us.
We were looking for a long-term partner that would be with us as we transformed and modernized our entire IT backbone. The terms and expectations were agreed upon and clearly defined and we saw positive results almost immediately. John helped us craft a plan that addressed and prioritized our concerns within the budget framework he was given.
Our partnership with John and FoxPointe has resulted in a more nimble, secure environment that provides the operational flexibility we need to keep pace with the ever-changing financial services environment and infinite loading of new regulatory demands. Aside from obvious technical support one would expect a vCIO to provide John has added value by evaluating new and managing existing vendor relationships. With John leading this effort he has been able to renegotiate more favorable terms on some of our contracts which in turn allowed us to reinvest those dollars into other IT enhancements. He also established and manages the relationship with our support provider CE Tech. With John providing technical overwatch and CE Tech managing our network and providing user support our network has never been more stable. Knowing how well the partnership with FoxPointe and CE Tech is working it has significantly decreased my concerns related to IT and has freed up time to focus on other areas of the business.
